This policy applies to DMCA recovery packages offered by DMCA AI. Related: Terms, Content Policy, Contact.
1. Pay After Success (when offered)
For pay-after-success packages, you pay only when the agreed success condition for the URL/case is met. If the condition is not met, service fees under that package commitment do not apply.
2. Prepaid work
For prepaid packages (if any), refund conditions are stated in the case agreement or invoice. Fees for work already performed (assessment, drafting, filing) may not be fully refundable.
3. Non-refundable situations
- False, incomplete information, or lack of client cooperation within required deadlines.
- Content/URL falls under categories we refuse under the Content Policy.
- Outcome depends on a third-party decision after we completed the agreed process correctly.
4. How to request a refund
Email khiet@dmcaai.com with your case or invoice reference. We respond within 3-5 business days. For package questions before purchase, see cost comparison or speak with the expert.
5. Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before opening a card chargeback so we can resolve billing questions with the case record. Unresolved disputes may be handled under the invoice jurisdiction and applicable payment-provider rules.
6. Partial work and multi-URL packages
For multi-URL or batch packages, refund math may be proportional to URLs or milestones completed as stated on the invoice. Assessment-only work that produces a written go / no-go recommendation may be non-refundable once delivered.
7. Relationship to Content Policy
If a case is later found to violate the Content Policy(fraud, clear infringement, false identity), prepaid fees for completed filings may not be refunded.
8. Examples of success conditions
Pay-after-success packages define success on the invoice (for example, a specific URL leaving the removed state after the statutory wait, or a confirmed filing acceptance by the platform agent). If success is multi-URL, partial success may map to a partial fee only when the invoice says so. Always keep the invoice PDF; it controls over marketing page summaries.

9. Communication and response times
Refund requests are handled after we identify the case or invoice. If you lack an invoice id, send the payment email, date, and URLs involved. We may request extra proof before deciding. Related: Terms, Content Policy, About, Blog, HTML sitemap.
