Service Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all clients subscribing to DMCA counter-notice & index recovery services provided by DMCA AI Co., Ltd.

1. Pay After Success Model

For all service packages under the Pay After Success model: Clients pay service fees only when the target URL/website is successfully restored to Google indexing or legally cleared. If the case does not achieve the agreed outcome, no service fee is charged.

2. Service Cancellation Rules

  • Cancellation before filing: Clients may request a full cancellation at no charge at any point before DMCA AI submits the formal counter-notice to the platform.
  • Cancellation after filing: If a client requests cancellation after filing has commenced, actual incurred legal assessment fees (if explicitly stated in the agreement) may be non-refundable.

3. Prepaid Refund Terms

For prepaid or Enterprise annual protection packages:

  • 100% refund within 7 business days if DMCA AI declines a case due to legal inadmissibility or system error.
  • Pro-rata refund for unperformed URLs if a client pauses a multi-URL package early.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Clients intentionally providing fraudulent information, forged evidence, or violating DMCA AI's Content Policy.
  • Clients withdrawing counter-notices independently without notifying DMCA AI during processing.
  • Failure to cooperate in providing required ownership verification documents.

5. Refund Process & Timelines

  1. Submit a written request to khiet@dmcaai.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
  2. Our support team will review and confirm within 24 to 48 business hours.
  3. Approved refunds are remitted to your designated bank account/payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
